Welcome to the Atlanta Chapter!
We provide life changing, community based, adaptive adventure sports for people with disabilities in Atlanta and the surrounding communities.
Our current adaptive programs at this location include climbing, kayaking, and cycling.
ADAPTIVE ROCK CLIMBING
Indoor Rock Climbing: We host monthly and weekly adaptive climbing clinics for youth and adults with a wide range of physical disabilities. These sessions are open to all levels of climber from those who have never climbed before to experienced climbers looking for regular opportunities to climb with others.
Where: These indoor climbing programs take place at Stone Summit Climbing & Fitness Center in Atlanta and Kennesaw.

When:
Wednesdays, 7pm – 9pm, Stone Summit Atlanta
and
1st Saturday of each month, 10am – 12pm. The locations of our monthly climbs rotate between Stone Summit Kennesaw and Stone Summit Atlanta.

Outdoor Rock Climbing: Nothing beats the experience of climbing outdoors on real rock! These programs include all of the necessary equipment and instruction, take place within a fun and supportive community environment and are lead by experienced and passionate climbers who will ensure you have an incredible experience!

ADAPTIVE CYCLING
From our new home base beside the Silver Comet, we are delighted to bring you adaptive cycling programs for every level of cyclist

ADAPTIVE KAYAKING
Come and enjoy kayaking on the Chattahoochee River. We use adaptive equipment and trained volunteers to make kayaking accessible to everyone.
Location: Morgan Falls Overlook Park, 400 Morgan Falls Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30350
Fee: $10
Volunteers: We are looking for volunteers to support the adaptive kayaking program. The role includes transporting boats, helping to transfer participants, making adaptions to kayaks, and being on the water in a kayak as a support person. All aspects of this role are covered in our training. You do not need to be an experienced kayaker or have your own boat but be willing and able to perform all aspects of the role. To register as a volunteer, first, complete the membership and then sign up to attend training and any future kayaking programs. Any questions please contact gillian@catalyst.mcnairmedia.com
