WHY DOES IT MATTER?

Outdoor adventure and recreation is a really important part of being mentally, physically and emotionally healthy. We believe that everyone should have access to these opportunities!

Meet Courtney. Courtney had Cerebral Palsy (CP); a condition marked by impaired muscle coordination and/or other disabilites. Courtney has been unable to ride a bike because of difficulty balancing and limited range of motion — until she found out about Catalysts Sports!

“Catalysts sports helped me find an amazing community of helpful and kind people who taught me how to use an adaptive bike and connected me with Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) who just gave me a grant to get my own adaptive bike!! I am beyond thankful. Words cannot express my excitement.”

Did you know that 1 in 4 Americans have a disability and 1 in 7 have a disability that affects their mobility?

That’s WHY we need YOU now more than ever!
